It is important that you not repeat any course you have taken during the prior 24 months.  If you are unsure, we can easily check for you.  Give us a call or send an email with your full name and/or TREC license number and we will be happy to verify prior courses for you.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM TREC All active and inactive salespersons, who are under the Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) requirement, must show evidence of having completed a minimum of 60 hours in core or related real estate education during the first year of licensure, so that a total of 270 classroom hours have been completed by the end of the first year of licensure. At least 210 hours of the 270 must be in core real estate. Therefore, the other 60 hours may be in related courses. Evidence of successful course completion must be posted to the TREC computer system prior to the online renewal process or the license will expire. Evidence of course completion cannot be submitted during the online renewal process. You must submit your hours at least 10 days prior to the date you wish to renew online. Course completion certificates may be faxed to TREC's Education Section at (512) 936-3863. Please use the TREC SAE Fax Coversheet. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
