Do I Take the 150 or the 210 Hour Course?

If you have a minimum of four (4) or more semester hours of approved college credits (i.e., math, history, English, business courses, etc.), you should enroll in the Texas Platinum150 Hour Fast Track Agent Package. 1. Enroll in the full Texas Platinum 150 Hour Fast Track Agent Package below and save even more plus we pay for your state exam fee, a $61 value! Or,
2. Enroll in the Texas Real Estate Principles course. When you are finished you can enroll in the 90 Hour Add-On Package.
This will give you exactly what the state of Texas will require of you in order to obtain your real estate license.
No College or Real Estate Course Credit?
The Texas Platinum 210 Hour Fast Track Agent Package is what you will be required to take in order to get your license in Texas. We have 2 ways for you to enroll in the Texas Platinum 210 Hour Fast Track Agent Package.

2. Enroll in the Texas Real Estate Principles course. When you are finished you can enroll in the 90 Hour Add-On Package. Next Enroll in a 30 Hour Elective Course. When finished enroll in your last 30 hour elective course.
